Introduction to the World of motor sport and its unique requirements was a challenge we at FEV could not resist and quickly achieved FIA homologation approval for our AFFF systems. Recognising that there would be significant demand from the motorsport world for a BCF gas replacement, FEV with one of the most respected chemical companies in the world set about developing solutions resulting in the first FIA homologated gas system - Viro3 now known as FX G-TEC.

To achieve the FIA and MSA approvals systems were put through the FIA defined fire tests, witnessed by British Standards and the Motor Sports Association.

Recent development and innovations has led FEV onto the next generation of FX G-TEC products which perform even better that before, the development of a new flange design which is patented together with new nozzle designs has to lead to the production of a range smaller and lighter that the first generation of fire extinguisher we can now offer systems from 1.5kg and above.
